Personalmente invito tutti i residenti interessati al territorio dove risiedono ad una sana lettura dei documenti e a formulare dei pareri in merito.

“PIÙ VERDE E MENO CEMENTO A CERTOSA”

I sottoscritti cittadini,
preoccupati per i contenuti della Convenzione approvata dal Consiglio Comunale il 28.7.2010 e relativa all’area “Carta Valori” di Certosa, in particolare per:

-l’elevata entità delle volumetrie edificabili attribuite: i 10.000 mc previsti dal Piano Regolatore vengono infatti aumentati a 24.470 mc

-la totale mancanza di aree standard a verde pubblico e la scarsissima quantità di parcheggi: i 6.572 mq di aree standard per verde pubblico e parcheggi, dovuti per un intervento di queste dimensioni vengono infatti TUTTI “monetizzati”, tranne 315 mq destinati a parcheggi

CONSIDERATO CHE:
Certosa è un quartiere densamente popolato ed edificato (come riconosciuto anche dalla delibera di Consiglio Comunale n. 35/2009) e fortemente carente di verde pubblico attrezzato; Certosa non ha bisogno di altre case ma di aree verdi adeguate per estensione e fruibilità e di interventi di riqualificazione che migliorino la vivibilità del quartiere;

La previsione di 10.000 mc del Piano Regolatore consente di reperire all’interno di Carte Valori TUTTI gli standard previsti per quelle volumetrie (2.650 mq) e di realizzarvi un vero giardino pubblico, collocato oltretutto all’interno dell’abitato di Certosa e in una posizione ideale per diventare il “centro” dell’intero quartiere (vicino alle case, alle scuole, alla parrocchia e lontano da strade di traffico intenso)

Questo massiccio aumento di volumetrie è stato determinato dalla scelta di applicare su “Carte Valori” la Legge Regionale 13/2009, legge che l’Amministrazione non era obbligata ad applicare su tale area.

Le Linee Guida al Piano di Governo del Territorio (PGT) approvate dalla Giunta Comunale e il Documento di Piano del PGT hanno tra gli obiettivi quello di estendere la qualità ambientale di Metanopoli alle altre parti della città e che Certosa rientra certamente, tra le parti della città che necessitano di aree verdi e di interventi di riqualificazione

CHIEDONO ALL’AMMINISTRAZIONE E AL CONSIGLIO COMUNALE:

1. di non sottoscrivere con la proprietà dell’area Carta Valori la Convenzione citata in premessa e di sottoporre al Consiglio Hall, a new convention that allows to obtain, within the securities, 2,650 square meters of standard to be used as a public garden (and in part to parking)

Cosa prevede il PGT (piano del governo del territorio) per Bolgiano?

Il 27 Aprile u.s. alle ore 21.00 , presso la sala consiliare, è stata illustrata da parte dell’Amministrazione comunale una bozza del PGT (Piano di Governo del Territorio).

In quella che doveva essere la serata della verità, chi sperava di vedere illustrato il futuro per capire come sarà disegnato il nostro quartiere e la città è rimasto deluso, come del resto sono rimasti delusi i residenti degli altri quartieri.
Chi interessato, per sapere, dovrà consultare la sfera di cristallo, visto che la documentazione non è stata pubblicata neppure sul sito dedicato.

Dopo le promesse delle barriere antirumore sulla Paullese, dei cassonetti a scomparsa per la raccolta rifiuti e dello spostamento della centralina antirumore, promesse che ad oggi non si sono realizzate, si sperava di capire cosa aveva pensato questa Amministrazione dalle facili promesse per il nostro quartiere.
Ora non resta che chiederlo a chi residente a Bolgiano siede in Consiglio Comunale, grazie anche ai voti dei residenti di Bolgiano.

Il problema che si presenta ogni anno è sempre lo stesso: La sincronia degli interventi ed il controllo.
L’esempio ne è l’area privata lato Paullese di via Ferrandina: tutti attorno hanno tagliato l’erba da tempo per quanto detto nell’ordinanza, tranne quel luogo.
Seguiranno i costosi interventi antizanzare che i residenti dovranno sostenere, ma che a poco serviranno se non saranno in sincronia con quelli effettuati dalla parte limitrofa.

Compagnone ribadisce il vergognoso divieto di audioregistrare i CC

Di seguito il comunicato stampa inviato da RC dopo aver ricevuto la lettera da parte del presidente del CC Compagnone.
Sul blog non sono mai apparsi comunicati stampa fatti da partiti politici, ma questa è una questione che ci tocca da vicino: il divieto di informare i cittadini.
Ricordo che sul tema c'è stato un convegno alla scuola di Bolgiano e un gruppo di cittadini ha lanciato una raccolta firme ancora aperta.
Ricordo inoltre che ben 2 anni fa il Consiglio Comunale all'unaminità ha votato una mozione della stessa maggioranza sul tema e da due anni nulla è successo.

L'unica cosa che è stata fatta è appendere questo cartello in sala consiliare che vieta sia la video che l'audio registrazione delle sedute.
