1) The Classic Motor Club Val d'Elsa, in order to add further value to the field Historic Car Hill Climb, following the initiative of the "challenge" designed in 2004 by the same index, with an innovative spirit and suitable for a particular period of recession, the Historic Car Drivers Climb Challenge 2009 and Challenge Teams Historic Cars. Ascent Pilot is not, né è mai stato pensato come un campionato in contrapposizione e/o in alternativa a quelli gestiti dal potere sportivo ma è un qualcosa in più che la Valdelsa Classic vuole offrire ai concorrenti, il tutto nell’interesse dello sport del settore salita autostoriche.
Si è inoltre provato, dato il particolare periodo di recessione, ad agevolare i piloti nella riduzione dei costi, cercando di raggruppare il più possibile la dislocazione delle gare valevoli in una zona il più logisticamente raggiungibile a costi inferiori.
2) Il “Challenge” è articolato, su dieci gare scelte a insindacabile giudizio del Comitato C.S.P.A all’interno della Valdelsa Classic Motor Club. Le gare, per essere ammesse al “Challenge”, debbono avere le seguenti caratteristiche irrinunciabili:
Gare in Salita di Sole Autostoriche regolarmente a calendario previsto dall’autorità sportiva
Gare che abbiano uno svolgimento su due giorni (sabato almeno una manche di prova e domenica la gara).
Nel 2009 le dieci gare valevoli, più una riserva, sono le seguenti:

The winners of each class required by the relevant subclasses in addition to the CSAI:

In base alle classifiche finali, i concorrenti che ne avranno titolo, riceveranno premi d’onore durante una solenne manifestazione da tenersi durante il Salone Mostra Scambio di Arezzo nel Gennaio 2010 a cui sarà data ampia risonanza a livello nazionale con la presenza di personalità del settore e della stampa specializzata.

4) Calculation of scores: The scores are calculated within each class as provided by the CSAI without any weighting and / or additions of any kind but only that for the class that we extend to subclasses and / or particular groups.

6) No cost and no formality is required for pilots to participate in the Climb Challenge Drivers Historic Cars
2009; enough to participate in events in their calendar. Even the organizers need for any compensation in money, it only takes us to direct the official results soon and that is advertised in their own interests, membership of the Challenge race.
